Val has released four solo albums, and one album with her duo Luminous Heart. Her first, Find the Beauty, was released in 2012 and includes “Cowboy’s Return”, “February”, “Country Living”, and several other songs.

Water, Ashes & Wood was released in early 2015 and includes “Walk Away”, “Heart on the Line”, “Sunflowers”, among others. Many of the songs have been played on folk radio stations around the US, and even abroad. The album was recorded at New North Sound in Portland, OR, and features performances by Tony Furtado, Tim Ellis, Paul Brainard and Tim Connell.

In 2016, Val released the EP Fact or Fiction.  Recorded and produced by Rob Stroup of Moody Little Sister, it’s a collection of four darkly haunting songs including “Gaslight”, “Ghost Town”, “As I Fall”, and “The Bottle”.

Also in 2016, Val’s EP with her duo Luminous Heart was released.  Possibility is available at Bandcamp, Amazon, and other online retailers.

Val’s newest album World on Fire was recorded in May 2019 with producer Jamie Hill, and was officially released August 30, 2020. You can listen and watch lyric videos for “Nothing Left Here” and “Prayers & Platitudes” on Val’s YouTube channel.
