I’m very happy to announce that I’ve join the writers at TeachWell, and my first article was published on Friday!

TeachWell is an online site with articles aimed at helping private instructors. My article is about my “Memorization Challenge” – a month-long period when I challenge my music students to memorize 3 or more songs.

I have several more articles in the works, and I’m looking forward to writing and sharing them with you! I’ve been teaching private music lessons since 2001, and I really feel like I have the best job in the world. It’s so rewarding working with students, and seeing their progress. I’m happy that I now get to share some of what I’ve learned over the years with others in my field!
