I recently realized that I hadn’t shared my Substack page here, so I’m remedying that oversight now!

I’ve been writing essays for several years, and earlier in 2025, I started publishing new ones on my “stack”. My goal was to post at least one a month, and technically, I’m only a little behind. I’ve been pretty busy since April with numerous life responsibilities, rewriting my play Ruby Sneakers, my son’s high school graduation, and a recent family trip to California. But I’m looking forward to diving back into writing essays, especially since the response from readers has been so positive. And it’s been a good outlet to let off some steam about the insanity that is occurring daily in our country.
